What if someone is sick on a minibus?
We aim to minimise the chance of sickness during your journey. If you're aware that any passengers may not travel well, please inform the driver in advance, so appropriate precautions can be taken. In the event that a passenger is sick onboard, a soilage charge will apply. This charge covers cleaning, sanitisation, and any resulting cancellation of the minibus’s subsequent bookings that day.

How do we find our driver at an airport?
Once your flight has landed, your driver will contact you by call or text to arrange a suitable meeting point—usually within the arrivals hall or at an agreed location nearby. Please be aware that any airport parking charges or related fees incurred are the responsibility of passengers.

Our flight has landed, how long do we have to get to the pickup point?
After your flight lands, you have up to one hour to reach the agreed pickup point. If you experience delays beyond this, additional charges may apply, though we'll always do our best to minimise or avoid any extra costs.

We monitor all flights for delays and will adjust our schedule where possible to avoid any extra charges. If a delay causes significant disruption and additional costs can't be avoided, we’ll do everything we can to minimise them.
