Booking & payment
How do I book a minibus?
Book online, by phone or by email. Tell us about your journey, how many passengers there are and how much luggage you're bringing, and we'll send you a personal quote.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer, invoice or PayPal. A 25% deposit is due 4 weeks before travel, or when you book if that's sooner. The balance is due 7 days before.
Which minibus is right for me?
Tell us how many people are travelling and what the trip is for, and we'll recommend a vehicle. We'll also call before your journey to confirm the details and make any last changes.
How do I cancel?
Please give us as much notice as possible. Cancellation charges are 25% (21 or more days before), 50% (14–20 days), 75% (7–13 days) and 100% (under 7 days). Full details are in our terms and conditions.
Airport transfers
How do we find our driver at the airport?
Once you've landed, your driver will call or text to arrange where to meet, usually the arrivals hall or somewhere close by. Any airport parking charges are paid by the passenger.
How long do we have to get to the pick-up point after landing?
We monitor your flight, and your driver aims to be at the meeting point 45 minutes after you land, to give you time for passport control and baggage. You then have 30 minutes of free waiting from the agreed meeting time. After that, waiting is charged at £11.25 per 15 minutes, plus airport parking at cost.
Our flight is delayed. What happens?
We monitor flights and adjust our schedule wherever possible, so you're not charged extra. If a delay does lead to extra costs, we'll keep them as low as possible.
On board
Can we eat, drink or smoke on board?
Smoking and vaping are not allowed in any of our vehicles. Alcohol is only allowed if you've agreed it with us in advance, and it is never allowed on journeys to UK sporting events, where drinking on the way is against the law.
Eating isn't permitted on board. Bottled water and other drinks are fine at the driver's discretion.
What if someone is sick on the minibus?
Let your driver know beforehand if anyone may feel travel sick. If someone is sick on board, a soilage charge covers cleaning and sanitising the vehicle and any bookings we have to cancel later that day.
Do you provide child seats?
No, we don't supply child seats, so please bring your own. Under-16s must travel with an adult aged 18 or over.
